Beth L has been removed from the University so therefore is not a student any longer, so is she no longer able to participate in this project. This means that she is no longer the director of the piece, will not perform in the piece and have no further involvement in the creation of the piece. This is disappointing for Beth that she can not be involved in the project any longer, as she was very passionate about this project, so it is a shame, I will be sad to see her go, but we must continue. This means now, that myself, Cat and Beth D will be considered as devisers and performers, which in a way I am pleased about, as it means now that we all have more involvement in the creation of this piece which I have a lot of ideas for. However, it does make me worry a little that there are only 3 of us, which could become difficult at times, as I feel as though Beth D is not a dedicated as myself and Cat so we may struggle to motivate her. Overall I think, although this is not an ideal situation it is something that we will have to deal with, we will have to work as a team and continue on with a positive attitude.
